User Rules & Licensing Governance
License Assignment
Licenses are assigned to specific individuals and are strictly non-transferable. Any changes in personnel requiring a license reassignment must be formally communicated to Node One Group for adjustment in the subsequent billing cycle.
User Census & Audits
Clients are responsible for maintaining an accurate census of their active users. Node One Group reserves the right to conduct periodic audits to verify that the number and type of active licenses align with actual usage. Discrepancies may result in retroactive billing.
Role-Based Access
Each user role (Manager, User, Service Provider) has distinct access levels and capabilities. Ensure that license types align with your team's actual responsibilities to maintain compliance and optimize costs.
